Our Objective
In rural Sitamarhi, many young women and girls have an eye for beauty, a natural talent, and big ambitions—but no opportunity to turn them into a livelihood. The Beauty Parlour Training Centre is being established to give them the professional skills, confidence, and support to earn a living and run their own beauty business, either from home or from a local parlour.

We don’t stop at training. Once a woman completes her course, we want to help her start her own business—a home-based beauty service or a small neighbourhood parlour—so she can earn, support her family, and stand confidently on her own feet.
